As a Greensboro NC newborn photographer, I get to work with so many amazing clients each year as they grow their families. We all know that babies grow up way too fast. And not only that, they change SO much in their first year!

When you are expecting, you typically are focused on the pregnancy and what life will be like with a brand new baby. You book a maternity session to document the pregnancy and of course newborn photos because you want to preserve those memories when they are so little and small. But what about the rest of the year? The early newborn days are so special and dear (not to mention exhausting!) But the older they get, the more personality these babies have, and it’s so fun to see the way they change through images. My daughter Magnolia is turning one this week and I was making a slideshow for her first year. The way she has changed since she was a newborn blows. my. mind. However, it makes me so thankful I documented her sweet milestones throughout her first year. I will truly cherish these forever.
